Scott began his financial public relations career with Morrison/Carlisle (now SunStar Strategic) in December 1998. He founded Millennium Media Consulting, Inc. in August 2002 with a desire to deliver innovative media relations services to mutual funds and institutional money managers with assets under management of $5 million to $50 billion.

Scott serves as Missions Assistant at his church, and also volunteers with Young Life South Arlington and Casa Chirilagua. He sits on the board of Legal Services of Northern Virginia. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Radford University in 1993 and a Public Relations certificate from the University of Virginia in 2006.
